The conference registration will open on the 01 November 2025.

Registration fees

Conference fee includes proceedings, tea breaks, lunches, reception, site visit.

Note:

Please ensure that any bank transfer fees are covered by the sender. Thank you!

Payment of the registration includes admission to all the sessions, proceedings, coffee/tea breaks and lunch.

A 100 € administrative fee will be levied against all cancelled registrations. No refund will be paid back for registrations cancelled after 01 August 2026.

Registration to RILEM Week and Conference events will be done online through this website and completed via online payment. Payments can be made by credit card or M-Pesa via the NOBUK online platform. Those using bank transfer should also confirm their payment through NOBUK.
