Guidelines for AuthorsScientific contributionsRegular speakers can contribute to the conference in several ways:
Keynote speakers can contribute with a submission of full paper. They are allocated a 20 min. presentation + 5 min. Q&A. The scientific committee of the conference reserves the right to adapt the nature of the presentation (12 min. presentation + Q&A or 2 min. flash presentation) according to the scientific content of the contribution. ProceedingsAll short communication and full papers will be included in the conference proceedings. The conference proceedings will be published by Springer (Scopus-indexed and EiCompendex-indexed). Please note that short communication papers and full papers are submitted to RILEM copyright. Guidelines to authorsRegular abstracts should be 300 words maximum. They should be prepared using the template available here. The deadline for regular abstract submission is given here. A full paper should be 6 pages minimum to 8 pages maximum. They should be prepared using the template available here. A short communication paper (2 to 4 pages) should also be prepared using the template available here. Upon acceptance, the RILEM copyright form should also be provided by authors. Authors whose abstracts have been accepted are required to submit their chosen scientific contribution document (as mentiond above) through their personal account by logging into the website and completing their initial submission, which can be found in My Space > My Submission. Authors are asked not to create a new submission. Full papers, and short communications, and regular abstracts must be submitted in Word format as "supplementary data". Guidelines for postersThe layout of posters is free, no poster template is imposed by the conference organisers. Please prepare an A0 poster and bring the hard copy with you. |
