  • A full paper (6 to 8 pages) for an oral presentation
  • A short communication paper (2 to 4 pages) for a flash or oral presentation
  • A poster presentation (A0 format)

The conference will have plenary and session keynotes

Proceedings

All full papers will be included in the conference proceedings.

The conference proceedings will be published by Springer (Scopus-indexed and EiCompendex-indexed). Please note that full papers are submitted to RILEM copyright.

Abstracts and short communications will be published in printed book format.

Guidelines to authors

Regular abstracts should be 300 words maximum. They should be prepared using the template available here. The deadline for regular abstract submission is given here.

A full paper should be 6 pages minimum to 8 pages maximum. It should be prepared using the template available here.

A short communication paper (2 to 4 pages) should also be prepared using the template available here.

Upon acceptance, the RILEM copyright form must also be provided by authors.

Authors whose abstracts have been accepted are required to submit their chosen scientific contribution document (as mentiond above) through their personal account by logging into the website  and completing their initial submission, which can be found in My Space > My Submission.

Authors are asked not to create a new submission.

Full papers, and short communications, and regular abstracts must be submitted in Word format as "supplementary data".

Guidelines for posters
